Our Bootcamp style High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class is guaranteed to make you sweat.  This 45 minute cardio class alternates short periods of intense anaerobic strength building exercise with less intense recovery periods.

What is Cardio Dance Club?
It is a follow-along urban dance fitness workout that fuses athletic dance and fun, high-energy music. It will get you sweating, raise your heart rate, and get your body working and booty shaking. The most important part? It’s EASY and FUN! Cardio Dance Club is approachable to all people, of all ages and fitness levels and is always easy to follow, but the choreography is still a lot of fun. The songs include recent hits from the radio, but also some throwback favorites. Classes include hip hop, top 40, R&B, and songs from around the world too (such as K-Pop from Korea, and Latin beats too).
